Success Of The Most Sensitive Kind

Working a status job, making a large income and achieving the power to sometimes "buy one's way in life" is a lifestyle many believe to be the ultimate goal of success. But I must pose the question, what good is such a purpose if it only fulfills the superficial desires of an untamed soul?

Something is missing when women measure their self-worth by their designer Jimmy Choo shoes, Valentino handbags, and the best plastic surgery money can buy, while their male counterparts turn their back on their hearts and follow someone else's dreams as the path to their riches and material wealth.

Is there a greater destiny? A place that's still daring yet doesn't cost a soul and peace of mind? Can we still have adventure and live with the excitement of what a new day will bring us if we dare to seek after success of the most sensitive kind?

As we listen to that soft, yet distinguishable voice that comes from deep within we're led to a place of giving instead of taking. Offering compassion instead of judgment and looking to help others prosper in the midst of seeking our own wealth. It's about giving of ourselves when needed, even if we've got too much to do.

Success of the most sensitive kind comes from loving instead of hating, sharing the truth instead of lies and keeping our word when it's not always so easy. It contains seeds of power that grow within us to build strong characters with boldness and courage to achieve great and uncommon accomplishments. It's a great path to riches and wealth that doesn't require the sacrifice of who we are today and who we will become tomorrow. It gives us peace and lasting fulfillment on the journey to our goals and once we've arrived.

It gets us through our youth, mid-life and old age because it's not discriminating, only empowering to make us our best no matter who we are or where we're from. Success of the most sensitive kind is color blind so there are no excuses for getting left behind. It's our choice to have it and keep it. We hold the key to unlock it by looking within and listening to our hearts.

So trust yours for continued inner growth to get you through times of difficulty, the unknown, unintended confusion and most important to keep you close to those you love. This is the greatest success that will ultimately bring the greatest rewards you can achieve; love, honor, respect and wisdom. They will all come together to direct and prosper you, to encourage you, and to promote you in due time to accomplish your greatest life's work--The Real YOU!

Go and become....
THIS COMMON LIFE
Daily we go on with different situations
Trying to breathe different facts out
Though seeing so many things, no consolation
Higher or lower we are compelled

Situations differs to all in bliss
Whether sorrowful or joyful we go
The trailing and training of all these
We are humans in our connotations

We go on again breaking rules
Running the race life offers all
Friends or enemies may toil
But we all do get there

O for knowledge to brood all!
The heart lingers over living choices
We are making the calls to ball
Our common life is calling onward
Salau O John©

YOU ARE APPRECIATED
So rare a friend you are
Truly I found no words due
As in all you’ve shown more care
You are truly highly appreciated here

Though face-to-face I may not say this
Within my heart the pangs did grow
As in all things my true bliss
Thanks for being there in this

Today I sail you my heart true words
You are more than a friend to me
Who else can my words sword?
You’ve been more than expected here

You are truly highly appreciated indeed
I sail once but twice today
For all your run and deeds
May the heavens be there for you

The Wonderful World of Faith and Creativity

ry often we can be bogged down with a problem and really struggle to find a solution. The creative juices fail to flow and we become totally frustrated at our total lack of creativity.

So do we resign ourselves to the fact that we are obviously not the creative sort?

Or can we train ourselves to think with creative spirit?

Firstly let's define creativity. Creativity is the ability to solve problems with new methods to accomplish daily tasks. This can also lead to new insights and visions to help achieve goals and obtain success.

So is creativity inherited?

If we look at children at play we can see tremendous examples of creativity. They can take every day objects and create totally new games to play. The playground is full of wild imagination and creativity.

So where did we loose it all?

Routine

As we have seen, children have an inexhaustible ability for creativity. But as we get older life becomes full of instruction. Restrictions are placed upon us and we lose a lot of the ability to think for ourselves. Creativity flies out of the window. Systems and repetitiveness stifle creativity. Strict time tables, daily routines, working in closed areas and desk jobs all hamper our imaginations.

Free time

It is virtually impossible to avoid all routine but what we do need is to develop some free time. Put aside one day per week where nothing is planned. Just let the day unfold and "go with the flow". Spend time going to places like the seaside or strolling through the woods; places of natural interest with open spaces. At work create a few minutes of free time. There are some people who spend their free time alone and then spend that time thinking of work. They even take that work to bed and dwell on work issues as they fall asleep. These people need to develop free time un-associated with work for the sake of creativity and also for the sake of their sanity.

Left brain – Right brain

Our brains are divided into two hemispheres- the left brain and the right brain. The left side deals with our logical and reasoning thought patterns. Our right side of the brain handles intuition and creativity. Much of our work life today asks us to use logic and reasoning and therefore our right side of the brain becomes somewhat redundant. Ideally we need to exercise both sides of the brain to get the most of our cerebral abilities.

How's best to develop creative thinking?

1. Understand that there is no exact solution to a problem, but there will always be more than one solution to that problem.

2. Don't give in to false beliefs. If we believe there is no solution to our problem then there won't be. Have faith.

3. Never restrict or dismiss thoughts. Two silly thoughts may well lead to a third good thought.

4. Break away from routine when thinking of solutions. This allows for a better flow of creative thoughts.

5. Brainstorm. Ask others. Again two ideas that may seem ridiculous may lead to a third, sensible idea.

6. Take time occasionally to do something not done before.

7. Put aside some time as free time.

8. Spend time with creative people. Creativity is infectious and we may be pleasantly surprised as to how creative we really are when we compare ourselves to these people.

We needn't be restricted to a path of logical thinking. We all have that wonderful ability to be creative. Breaking away from routine and giving ourselves time to think will stimulate creative thinking and then we will find that no problem will ever be without a solution.

How fantastic is that?

TELL THE TRUTH
Hiding behind the curtain here
Shielding the truth from the truth
Hoping lies will tray its care
Forgetting the end of white being white

How many hearts are pained today!
Thinking the camouflage won’t hurt
Forgetting their days and ways dismayed
And searching for truth in a locket

What is given is what is gotten
Though thou may hide in closet
But light is light in the open
As only your perception makes things so

Tell the truth in all things
Though its hardness may prevail you
But the gains will be your reign
As none can hold you down
Salau O John©

NETWORKING OR SOCIAL
A call came through, epistolary
But the understanding betrays all
Being online is calling stories
But truly friends must be curtailed

Many things this was made for
Our business and friendship to make
Though sometimes love comes more
But the truth must reign here

Who knows how many hearts dies?
The truth is calling on all
Who can attend without hearty lies?
Our world is built of true knowledge

O for the understanding we seek
Networking or love that we pray
One day the truth will leek
Who can blame these online pains?
Salau O John©

THE MAIN FRIENDS
When the entire world runs away
When the pains of life is panned
And all backs turn our way
True friends make life counts

When poverty strikes the heart
And words collide with worldly faces
Even though enemies play part
True friends will stand not watching

When nothing seems working out
And the heart burns out daily
Even business light may blow out
Our main friends will stand time

There is no living without friends
As friendship makes easy calls
True friends are blessings at the end
They are our main friends for life

Thank you all,

It has really been a while I write on this blog for you friends. I guess the book publishing, launching and seminar took a lot of time from me with so many things to do and get done. I can say it's been worth it in every way.

Now the show is over and it's time once again to write and I feel like what more can I say out here but to thank you all for being there with me; those who came to the seminar and those who could not make it.

Omokalo Blessing
And the BDM took her stand to be there in all:

Ogunkoya Ayoku Atinuke
The seminar was a beautiful one being the start off for the great one coming next year. The only burden was that not everyone expected could make it as calls came theough from some of the expected dignitaries that they had other things to attend to and will love to plead their absence, asking for a chance in the next one coming.

Now the time has been, as come and we are looking forward to next year with a great mind and a ready heart to help all in the creative society, becoming a light to shine our light and others as well.

We believe that all things working together will be favorable and we all will be a partaker of the next one as more books will be coming out to help you become what you were destined, ought to be in life and using your natural creativity to be all you want to be.

What next?:

It’s will be our delight to reach you everytime through this invaluable information blog. Now that you've had a foretaste of what we are and what we intend to do in the industry. TreasuredOne Creative Ideas Int. Nigeria’s publishing, entertainment, business, relationship and leadership training forum will continue to train and lead creative artistes in the industry with the much needed information required to set them to limelight as our motto says, "building leaders of talents."

The next Seminar is coming your way next year and we believe that this time you wouldn't want to miss this as it will hold a major one day learning and training for most with questions and answers to every particular creativity in the industry especially helping to eradicate the burdens in creativity and channeling it to better usage, advantage to the society at large.

All we aim at doing for you are:

1. We want you to become a shining light in your chosen field of endeavor
2. We deeply want to work towards change of status for Nigeria and Nigerian youths.
3. We want to contribute our own quota to National development.
4. To train others to become what they are destined to be in life and creativity.
5. And much more!!!

Our observation is that Nigeria is growing with more young talents in different fields of arts, creativity (musicians, dancers, poets and writers), business and culture of which making it is their only hope of moving forward to help each other out in the industry. Our longing is to be a part of those who will help in bringing a smile to the faces of these young upcoming and aspiring talents with/by any means possible, but through hard work, integrity of minds and trainings that will lead to better use of creativity in life, business, writings and relationship.

We also noticed that, young Nigerians rarely have inspirational mentorship leaders to look up to with problems and rate of unemployment so frightening plus hopes and dreams being dashed in a land flowing with so many creative talents and everything needed to succeed. Should things continue like this? Instead of crying wolf we decided to be part of those who make a change for the best.

Treasured1 Creative Ideas Int. Training Forum is designed to help you make it in that creativity of yours.

Our decision is to continue bringing this training to you annually and to make available leading Nigerian achievers who God will be using to help birth the long awaited change and mentorship our country and creative talents desperately needs to make it in all their endeavors in life.

All we seek of you is your participation, questions and suggestions so as to be of more help to you in the future.

Just a preview of the seminar for you:

-You and your creativity in the industry
-What to do when you have so much talent in you
-Becoming an exceptional Poet
-Writing and marketing your book
-Networking with creative people
-Financing your creativity

Until next year,

Have a lovely time out there!

See you soon!!!
MADE MY DECISION
The path I tread I chose
The way I go my called
Many may part off my snooze
My days are different god made

I am a man made to stand
Though life teaches many lessons
We are created all to understand
But where are those for one way?

I have made up my mind today
My vision to fulfill no matter what
The wind may stand saying nay
I stand to move and become

Are you a man like me?
See not the wind of life blow
For that future your hands must free
Though everything will shine against
Salau O John©

GET TO KNOW ME
Have you ever heard of him?
A writer, singer, teacher and helper
Laying his heart the world to trim
Though love kills, betray his banner

Have you got to know that reader?
He knows his purpose and vision
But helping hands puts him in commas
Yet for all laid his hearts salvation

He may not be a scribe
But in love his heart is fixed
His life may have tried to describe
A poet, a singer, a researcher; mixed

It is I the awarded poet
I speak of not myself today
But of the tomorrow that I fret
I am I my knowledge to tray

Beating Business Competition Your Way

If you're looking for ways to shine brighter than your competition you'll realize your choices are few in a very short time.

No matter what your talent is, there's always someone else who can do the same thing. Even if you offer top notch customer service skills, you'll find many other businesses offer the same policies. If you've got a better way to make a product that's in demand, you'll soon find someone else has topped you.

What is the serious entrepreneur to do? Well, I've got good news! I've discovered 3 proven ways you can use to set your product or service above your competition. Just follow these three steps and watch your business grow.

1. Become An Expert
I did business for a short time with a woman who was brilliant but she didn't have good business sense because of her greed. Although we had created a niche business that began great, she destroyed it by offering more and more products and services that we new little about. I left the business because I felt dishonest advertising quality service when we weren't capable of giving it. Not long after I had left, the business closed. I managed to remain friends with her disgruntled customers but her reputation in our area was destroyed.

People want to be associated with and buy from those they believe are the best. When you are perceived to be an expert, you will get people's trust based upon hearsay. Gaining this credibility in your niche or field without a doubt tilts the scales in your favor for success. This is one of the greatest ways to monetize your business while you continue to rise in your field. So don't spread into areas you know little about just to make more money. Remain within your niche as you grow to remain an expert.

2. Build Relationships
Learn as much as you can about your desired audience in order to fulfill their needs and desires. This will cause you to build relationships with your customers or clients in a way that will bond you with them. You won't have to hard sell them anything because you'll have their trust from a reputation that precedes you.

When you genuinely care about your customers or your clients' interests they will appreciate you with their loyalty. This is something that takes time to build, but it's worth every moment. Some of these people will become your friends and some will become as close as family. People love and need the human touch.

3. Innovative Marketing
Market yourself or your product in a way that is completely unique from your competition. Look around at what they're doing and do something different. It's actually easier to do this than it sounds. It just takes a little thought, preparation, trial and error. But no matter what, dare to be different. The best way to do this successfully is to look into other industries and study their successful marketing ideas and techniques. Then work at incorporating them into your industry with your personal touch.

I'm not telling you to copy exactly what others are doing, I'm advising you to learn from the success others have achieved before you and that might be new to your industry. As you organize and learn to apply these innovative marketing steps, they will put you on a new path of clever ways to proclaim your product or services. And as you go beyond the norm, you will certainly stand out as a business leader of great expertise.

TIME & PHASES
A step a day future to born
Though not all can atone the tries
From the mountain top some do borne
But everything in time and phases

Who dare to stand against time?
Same for the world its songs aglow
But the load in light slays prime
And procrastination paves nothing to flow

Everything works in time and phases
But not all can await main thing
Though it’s known the earth doth laces
Who can but note not to bake?

Chance, time and the right day
The world in season inline must bold
Though it seems nothing sold-tray
But only time and phase must hold
Salau O John©

YOU CAN BE GREAT
You are the you to greatness
But stopping to try is limitation
There are stepping stones to greatness
But the fear of failure stands no consolation

Every force a push inclined for
But harder stands no curbing
You are great of God to flow
But your intuitions must wake bringing

Everything you can yourself try
For in creation all things are yours
Though all things physical truly fry
To God first your heart must pour
Salau O John©

I hope and believe you've got something out of this? I was asked to put this up from one of my speaking engagements for anyone seeking a way out in business and I believe I have been able to do a little justice to the question asked by my friend there....

Thanks for the opportunity....
